Cloud Migration

On-prem to cloud, cloud-to-cloud, hybrid - we've done all of it. The goal isn't to be in the cloud; it's a system that's more reliable, more scalable, and cheaper than what you had. That means understanding your workloads before touching them and migrating incrementally, so the business keeps running while the infrastructure changes underneath it.

Cloud-Native Development

There's a real difference between an app that runs in the cloud and one designed for it. We build cloud-native from the ground up - microservices, containerized workloads, stateless services - so when traffic spikes your infrastructure responds instead of buckles, and you pay for what you use, not what you provisioned in a meeting six months ago.

Infrastructure as Code

Terraform, ARM templates, Pulumi - infrastructure that's version-controlled, reproducible, and reviewable like any other code. The environment you deploy to is the environment you tested in. Your infrastructure becomes something you can audit, roll back, and rebuild from scratch in a disaster - which matters more than people think, usually right after they need it.

DevOps & CI/CD

Automated pipelines, deployment strategies, monitoring, and alerting - the machinery that turns "someone pushed code" into "that code is in production and we have confidence it works." Cost Optimization

Cloud is cheaper than on-prem - when it's set up right. When it's not, it's very expensive chaos with a better dashboard. Incremental migrations are less dramatic and more boring - which is exactly why they work.

The "big bang" migration is seductive: draw a line, move everything at once, done. In practice it's a high-stakes bet where the blast radius of getting it wrong is your entire production environment. Every shortcut on the first pass - skipping the architecture review, moving things before understanding them - shows up eventually, sometimes eighteen months later. We build things to work. Less exciting than "move fast and figure it out," and significantly fewer 3am phone calls.

Azure

Deep Microsoft ecosystem integration, enterprise identity through EntraID, and strong support for .NET workloads and hybrid environments. Our most common platform - we've built on Azure Functions, Data Factory, CosmosDB, Blob Storage, and more. If your organization runs on Microsoft, this is usually where the migration conversation starts.

AWS

Scale, the broadest managed service catalog in cloud, and the largest ecosystem of tooling and expertise. When you need Lambda, RDS, S3, or a service that doesn't exist anywhere else yet, this is the platform. AWS was first, and in a lot of categories it's still best.

GCP

Kubernetes leadership - Google invented it - and the strongest managed data platform in cloud. If your workload is data-heavy, ML-driven, or you're running Kubernetes at scale, GCP deserves a real look, not just a checkbox comparison.
