MGR 360 had built a platform for IT managers - the people responsible for keeping networks, devices, and teams running. Their users already lived in Teams. The opportunity was to bring MGR 360's capabilities into Teams rather than asking IT managers to maintain yet another tab, yet another login, yet another mental context. The technical challenge was real: building a production-quality Teams app integration that feels native, not bolted on.

Teams as the Delivery Surface

We built MGR 360's functionality to live inside Teams as a proper app integration - not a web page jammed into an iframe, but an experience designed for how Teams actually works: tabs, task modules, messaging extensions, and the Teams app model done right.

Azure Backend Infrastructure

Azure was the natural choice for a Microsoft-ecosystem application - native integrations, Azure Active Directory for auth, and the managed services that kept the backend lean and scalable.

.NET for the Application Layer

Consistent with the Microsoft ecosystem and the existing platform expertise. The .NET backend handled the application logic and the integrations MGR 360 needed to deliver its core functionality inside Teams.

React for the Teams UI

React's component model worked well for the tab-based interfaces Teams apps surface - fast, interactive, and maintainable as the feature set grew.
