We're the company that built a 150-screen mobile app for 2M+ policyholders, shipped it on Azure, and kept it running - without treating reliability like an optional side quest. Across 7 clients in insurance, financial services, and accounting: customer-facing apps, enrollment systems, portals, migrations, and the technical cleanup nobody puts in the sales deck.
// the challenge
HIPAA, SOC 2, audit logging, retention policies, data governance, role-based access, traceability - in finance and insurance, none of it is decorative. You don't "add compliance later" any more than you add brakes after buying the car. Yet plenty of teams still get sold the fantasy that they can move fast now and clean it up later. Later becomes an expensive scramble. We build compliance-aware systems from the start, because retrofitting governance into a live product is how you pay enterprise prices for startup mistakes.
Mainframes. Ancient portals. Core systems running since flip phones were aspirational. Nobody wants to rip them out because everyone knows what that movie looks like - and it's not a feel-good sports drama. The good news: replacement isn't the only option. Incremental modernization is real. We've connected legacy systems to modern cloud infrastructure, improved what users actually touch, and reduced operational pain without pretending the whole backend can be reborn in one quarter.
Policyholders don't care that your portal is backed by a 20-year-old system held together by middleware and institutional memory. They just know the login flow is weird, the forms are painful, and the mobile experience lost a fight with 2014. That's not just a UX issue anymore - it's a trust issue. If a claims flow, enrollment tool, or account portal is confusing, people assume the company behind it is too. The expectation gap between consumer and regulated-industry software is now a business problem with a support-ticket budget attached.
A shocking amount of critical operations still happen through spreadsheets, email chains, and one heroic employee who "just knows how it works." That's fine until they take PTO, leave, or get asked to explain the workflow to a vendor who thinks "business rules" are a vibe. Automating finance and insurance operations means understanding the logic deeply enough to preserve what works, remove what doesn't, and avoid breaking the weird-but-important exceptions that keep the business standing. This is where a lot of projects go off the rails. We don't wing it.
We don't just tolerate that environment. We know how to ship inside it. ↓
// how we help
01 - Product Development
Mobile apps, customer portals, and enrollment systems that feel current, clear, and stable. In regulated environments, "good product" isn't flashy nonsense - it's software people can trust, understand, and use without wanting to throw their laptop into a lake.
Explore →02 - Software Engineering
Custom portals, policy management tools, internal operations software, and client-facing applications for organizations that have discovered off-the-shelf comes with suspicious amounts of compromise. If your workflows, rules, and integrations are specific, the software should be too.
Explore →03 - Cloud Development
Modernize infrastructure without turning migration into a multi-year legend whispered about in steering committee meetings. Azure-native development, cloud architecture, infrastructure cleanup, and EntraID integration that respects how enterprise identity actually works.
Explore →04 - Data Engineering
Reporting pipelines, audit-friendly data flows, and compliance-aware architecture so your systems can answer basic questions without three exports, two reconciliations, and a blessed spreadsheet named final_v7_REAL.xlsx. Data should support accountability, not chaos.
Explore →05 - AI & Automation
Workflow automation that replaces the spreadsheet-and-email machinery quietly running operations - built by understanding the business logic deeply enough to keep the weird-but-important exceptions intact, not by wiring up forms and calling it innovation.
Explore →// the proof
A 150-screen Flutter & Dart mobile app serving 2M+ policyholders on Azure. Not a conference demo with suspiciously perfect data - a real insurance product with real expectations for uptime, performance, and maintainability.
An employee enrollment system on AWS using Cognito, React, and C#. We replaced a manual process with a system the team could actually use - a lower bar than vendors admit, and still weirdly rare.
Migrations, a custom portal, and technical audits across ASP.NET, SQL Server, Terraform, and EntraID. The kind of engagement where you understand the existing system deeply and move with precision instead of theater.
Custom development on .NET and SQL Server with Terraform-based deployment. Business-critical software, infrastructure that needs to behave predictably, and no patience for hand-wavy "we'll figure it out in QA" energy.
